Stars
From the dark night sky,
Hundreds of shining stars
Stare down at me
I stare back
And watch them blink
Like eyes watching
Everything down below
Large clouds pass overhead
Turning the sky an inky blue
Its dark
And cold
Leaving only the light
Of the bright moon
Glowing pale
Through wispy clouds
